Hi, if you are reading this I am already breaking the new rules set in place at my job, a job I have held down for 4 years and just recently got demoted from assistant manager to janitor. "Haha" you say, indeed I did laugh until I realized it was no joke. Oh sure I still get paid the same and I pretty much have the same responsibilities but underneath that very fragile veil of deception I am a glorified bag of blame and incompetency. On a daily basis I am reminded over and over that everything everybody does is my fault, no matter how minor or major it may be, I should be punished. I am to talk to nobody or write anything about my job or it will mean instant termination. If I told you where I worked you would probably die of a heart attack from laughter and think I am playing a hoax...I only wish I were.
